Belgian-inspired white ale brewed with orange zest and lightly spiced with coriander. This beer, released only once in 2019, was the result of holding back 7 barrels of Sterk Wit from a regular canning run, adding Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, and bottle conditioning the beer for the whole summer. The resulting beer was refreshing, with a rustic Brett character and a touch of bright acidity.
