Knuckle Dragger was first released as a Belgian-inspired milk stout: brewed with lactose and fermented with our Belgian Yeast strain, and then can conditioned. We also released a can conditioned version brewed with our house ale yeast, and barrel aged versions of both the Knuckle Dragger brewed with the Belgian yeast, and of the Knuckle Dragger brewed with the ale yeast.
