Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) through either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All shipping rates are “live rates” calculated by WooCommerce’s USPS live rate plugin integration, based on the package’s total weight & destination zip code.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Do you delivery internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
We cannot ship beer. It is against the law for The Alchemist to ship alcohol.
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email customer service at sales@alchemistbeer.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If you are exchanging a product, please note the size/color/style you would like to exchange it for. Customer service will provide you with instructions & let you know whether the exchange is possible or if the Alchemist will have to refund your order instead. After receiving a reply from customer service, place the item securely in its original packaging then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases where a mistake was made by our shipping department. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

● Clothing must be un-worn, un-washed & in new condition.
