The Outcrops
The Outcrops bring raw heart and soul to every stage they play. Rooted in the rich traditions of rock’n’roll, blues, funk, and soul, they draw inspiration from soulful legends like B.B. King and Aretha Franklin, as well as jam bands like The Grateful Dead and The Band. Their original songs emerge from that same deep well—gritty, groovy, and steeped in Americana. Named Band of the Year by The Aquarian in 2020, The Outcrops recently won the North Jersey Blues Society’s Blues Challenge and are headed to the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2026.
