Our staff earn a professional, livable wage that reflects the hard work they all do each day at our brewery. While there is no tip obligation for the excellent service you receive, if you do choose to leave a tip, it will be donated to local non-profit organizations working in our community.
Our team has chosen a number organizations to split the proceeds of our customer tips over the course of the year. These donations come from our customers; we are just the stewards of your generosity.

Cambridge Community Food Shelf
Never turn away someone who is hungry
Based in the Second Congregational Church in Jeffersonville, the Cambridge Community Food Shelf’s purpose is to collect and disperse food and necessary items to clients in need. Our motto is we will never turn away someone who is hungry. We assist clients from all over northern Vermont, not just the town of Cambridge. We have a Summer Lunch program which provides lunches to students in Cambridge and several other neighboring communities.
Center for an Agricultural Economy
Transforming our food system for social, economic and ecological vitality
The Center for an Agricultural Economy is a catalyst for change based in Hardwick, Vermont. We support rural communities and working landscapes by building a more interconnected local food system. We work together with our neighbors and partners to cultivate interdependence and investigate how to create the conditions for socially, economically, and ecologically thriving communities.
Hardwick Area Food Pantry
Improving quality food access for all
The Hardwick Area Food Pantry is a multi-site food share pantry with locations in Hardwick, Craftsbury, and Albany, serving Caledonia, Orleans, Lamoille, and Washington Counties. We are committed to innovating and collaborating as a key partner in building a resilient community in the Greater Hardwick area by improving quality and local food access for all.
Johnson Food Shelf
Serving the Johnson Area
The Johnson Food Shelf’s mission is to provide food relief, supplies and outreach to people in need. The Food Shelf focuses outreach to the communities of Belvidere, Eden, Johnson, North Hyde Park and Waterville. No one or family is turned away. We provide food delivery when necessary and patrons may come as often as is needed to have their basic needs met.
Lamoille Community Food Share
To help support and improve the physical well-being of individuals who might otherwise go hungry.
The mission of Lamoille Community Food Share is to help support and improve the physical well-being of individuals who might otherwise go hungry. To this end, we provide supplemental food free of charge in a supportive environment, striving to offer healthy choices within our budget.
Salvation Farms
Building increased resilience in Vermont’s food system through agricultural surplus management.
Salvation Farms exists to reduce food loss on farms, increase the use of locally grown food, foster appreciation for Vermont’s agricultural heritage and future, and support the development of just, local food systems. Their Lamoille Valley Gleaning program has successfully served nearly 50 community-based food programs with hundreds of thousands of pounds of wholesome, locally grown fruits and vegetables.
The Waterbury Common Market
Formerly the Waterbury Area Food Shelf
The Waterbury Common Market is a Food Resource for folks who are experiencing trouble putting food on their table. We assist lower-income citizens of Waterbury and the surrounding area (including Stowe!) with obtaining food items such as canned and boxed food, personal care items, household items such as toilet paper and cleaners, fresh produce, frozen meat, and dairy items.
Central Vermont Council on Aging
To age at home, remain healthy, and stay active and connected to the community you know and love.
Central Vermont Council on Aging is the area’s leading expert and advocate for healthy aging, providing resources and assistance to Vermonters aged 60 and over, their families, and caregivers throughout 54 towns in Central Vermont.

LFC is committed to developing a system of care for children and families that weaves together the best practices of professionals, the wisdom and experience of families, and the strengths and hopes of the community.
Meals on Wheels of Lamoille County
Serving Lamoille County Elders since 1991
The mission of Meals on Wheels of Lamoille County is to improve health and enhance the quality of life for our community elders by providing nutritious food and social interaction. Their volunteer drivers serve ten delivery routes each day, serving local elders with healthy meals, positive advocacy and lasting community partnerships.

The Lamoille Housing Partnership collaborates with communities to create and preserve quality affordable housing opportunities for Hardwick and Lamoille County. For 30 years, Lamoille Housing Partnership has built and maintained more than 280 high quality and attractive homes and apartments in Lamoille County and Hardwick.

Community Resilience for the Waterbury Area
We’re here to help!
In July of 2023, a number of Vermont towns suffered from devastating flooding. The town of Waterbury rallied quickly to help impacted neighbors with mucking out basements, applying to FEMA, and much more. To lead long-term recovery, Community Resilience for the Waterbury Area (CReW) was formed in August of 2023 as communities worked to rebuild.

Founded in response to the July 2023 flooding event, the mission of the Lamoille Area Recovery Network (LEARN) is to assist individuals and families impacted by flooding and other natural disasters and support resilience building in light of almost certain future disasters.
